ROBERT PLANT Sparks Future LED ZEPPELIN Reunion Rumors

December 10, 2007

Gigwise.com reports that Robert Plant has sparked fresh rumours about the possibility of further LED ZEPPELIN shows — before quickly denying them.

Despite previously saying that tonight's (December 10) show at the O2 Arena would be a "one-off," Plant told the Sunday Times that "it wouldn't be such a bad idea to play together from time to time."

He was quick to explain what he said later in the same interview, however, claiming that it was "somebody else inside me was saying that.

"Not the bloke from Wolverhampton," he added. "The bloke from the land of the ice and snow, the bloke with his shirt unbuttoned down to his waist — and he can shut up. We're not having any more of that. It was great, but I've got to go down the highway now."

Rumors have continued to escalate about the prospect of further shows after over one million people registered for tickets for tonight's concert.

Fans have already begun queuing outside the O2 Arena to collect their wristbands for tonight's show.
